Returns
Return Period:
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
How to Return:
Email info@lcarene.com to initiate your return.
Use a shipping service with tracking and provide us with the tracking number once shipped.
If you're located in Hong Kong, you may drop off your return at one of our retail locations. Please email us to arrange the drop-off.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

Original tags must be attached

We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet our criteria. Ineligible items will be returned to you.
Non-returnable Items:
Final sale and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
We do not offer online exchanges at this time.
To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
If you’re in Hong Kong, you may visit one of our retail locations to make an exchange in person.
